Why won’t my Neosensory Buzz connect to the app?

If your Neosensory Buzz won’t connect to the app, make sure:

  • Your Buzz is turned on

  • Your phone bluetooth is turned on

  • Your Buzz is charged and not currently charging or plugged in

  • Try removing Buzz from bluetooth system settings

  • Make sure other paired phones have bluetooth disabled


If the steps above still do not work:

  • Try removing Buzz from bluetooth system settings

  • Make sure other paired phones have bluetooth disabled
