If your Neosensory Buzz won’t connect to the app, make sure:
Your Buzz is turned on
Your phone bluetooth is turned on
Your Buzz is charged and not currently charging or plugged in
Try removing Buzz from bluetooth system settings
Make sure other paired phones have bluetooth disabled
If the steps above still do not work:
Try removing Buzz from bluetooth system settings
