If your wristband won’t connect to the app, make sure:
Your wristband is turned on
Your phone's Bluetooth is turned on
Your wristband is charged and not currently charging or plugged in
Try removing the wristband from bluetooth system settings
Make sure other paired phones have Bluetooth disabled
If the steps above still do not work:
Try removing your wristband from the Bluetooth system settings
Make sure other paired phones have Bluetooth disabled
