Why won’t my wristband connect to the app?

If your wristband won’t connect to the app, make sure:

  • Your wristband is turned on

  • Your phone's Bluetooth is turned on

  • Your wristband is charged and not currently charging or plugged in

  • Try removing the wristband from bluetooth system settings

  • Make sure other paired phones have Bluetooth disabled


If the steps above still do not work:

  • Try removing your wristband from the Bluetooth system settings

  • Make sure other paired phones have Bluetooth disabled
