How do I name my wristband?

Having a unique name for your wristband can be helpful when using the app if there are other users in your household or near you who have a Neosensory wristband. 

If you’d like to create a unique name for your wristband:

1. Open the Neosensory app

2. Go to the main menu at the top left of the Neosensory app

3. Select “My Device”

4. Select “Rename”
   

5. Create a unique name with a maximum of 10 characters
